Appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, with some flexibility, and one Sunday per month.
Please call or text 931.800.9301 to schedule your appointment or to purchase a gift certificate. If I don't answer right away during regular business hours, I'm probably with a client and will reply as soon as I am able.
Cancellation Policy
Hey...life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, no problem. I appreciate your thoughtful notice as soon as you can give it.
24 hour advance notice is appreciated when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
If you forget or consciously choose to skip your appointment, you will be considered a “no-show.” and may be charged for the missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will discuss if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
