You get to tell me:

•  Do you have pain, or just want to relax? 
•  Do you like light pressure, firm pressure or something in
    between? 
•  Would you like to incorporate stretching, hot stones or
    IASTM (see Services and Rates) into your massage? 
•  Is there anything you know you don't like, or areas where
    you don't want massage? 

This is your time, your money, and most importantly, your body.
 

If you feel discomfort or pain, please tell me.  I can feel where there is muscle tension, but I don't know how it feels to you.  I can adjust my pressure, change technique, or stop and end the session if you prefer.
